Wood Fired Pork Roast

Summer has arrived and its time to slow roast some of our heritage pork. Join us at the winery as we start the evening with a summer salad followed by pasta in a cream sauce with pancetta and fresh snap peas. Our wood fired pork will sit on top a bed of our fresh arugula. And artisan cheese board and rhubarb crisp with seasonal ice cream will end the evening.
