Join us for our vegetarian friendly Friday cenetta. We will start the evening with roasted Brussels sprouts with cipploini marmalade followed by the Roman classic cacio e pepe. We will complete the meal with madeleines and mascarpone whipped cream. March has arrived with a chill in the air. Comfort food will keep you warm at the winery with warm olives and charcuterie followed by warm roasted tomato soup. It's early March and thoughts of Spring are in the air. Join us for a transitional menu as we looks forward to warmer weather. Our first course will a rice torte followed by Italian Salt Cod in a Tomato base. Our featured course will be braised beef in Chianti wine followed by our artisan cheese board. We will complete the evening with a lighter dessert appropriately named for the season - semifreddo.

Spring is just a few days away but there is still a nip in the air. Our farm to table dinner this week will continue the French comfort food theme starting with an Alsatian Onion Tart followed by Lentil salad with vinaigrette. A rich Dijon and Cognac Beef Stew will be our featured course followed by our artisan cheese board. We will finish the evening with Chocolate Bouchons.

We will welcome our friends Jerry Hook and Hook's cheese guru Sara Hill back to the winery for a great evening. Our dinner will start with dates and prosciutto and Hook's Blue drizzled with Balsamic vinegar followed by Pasta Prosciutto. Our featured course for the evening will be baked polenta with mushroom ragu. Jerry and Sara will be presenting their fantastic Hook's cheese board after the main course. Brioche with pastry cream will complete the evening.
